Another song I remember in connection with Michelle & Raul was a mystery to me for years and years. All I remembered was a conversation in the car one night, parked in the lot at Kendall Town & Country. Maybe before a movie and probably after they'd been smoking:
"Elvis needs boats! Elvis needs boats!"
"Why does Elvis need boats?"
My lovely friend Miss Bank was able to tell me that the song was not "something by Buster Poindexter" as I suspected, but Mojo Nixon's "Elvis is everywhere." Have a nice Tuesday:
